Our long-term efforts to be a responsible citizen company have been recognized by external and independent agencies, including a PLATINUM Medal CSR Rating by EcoVadis, a #1 Ranking by Gaïa Research-Ethifinance, Prime Status by ISS ESG, Best-in-Class Status by ISS, and Top Performer ranking by Vigeo-Eiris (Moody’s ESG Solutions).

Ethics

As the foundation of our core values, Vantiva’s Code of Ethics holds all employees to the highest ethical standards in the conduct of their duties and details specific rules and responsibilities to guide them in their day-to-day activities.

Anti-Bribery Program

The Vantiva’s anti-bribery program includes regular training and communication, whistleblowing system, and internal/external audits.

Whistleblowing

Vantiva encourages all directors, officers, and employees, as well as third parties, to report in good faith suspected violations of Vantiva’s Code of Ethics, including in the supply chain and within the suppliers of Vantiva.

Sustainability

As a customer premises equipment manufacturer, whose devices are used by billions of people around the world, we have a unique role to play in this effort. To that effect, we have implemented a number of measures to reduce our environmental impact.

EthicsPoint

Vantiva is committed to conducting business in accordance with the highest standards of business conduct. This commitment and our Code of Ethics require that all employees observe high standards of business and personal ethics in the conduct of their duties and responsibilities. Our Code consists of four basic principles:

In light of these principles, the Vantiva Ethics Compliance Committee has engaged EthicsPoint to provide employees with an anonymous and confidential means for communicating violations of local laws concerning financial matters such as: anti-Competition, anti-Bribery, Auditing and Accounting, Banking and Financial issues. Any violation of Vantiva policies or the Code of Ethics shall be communicated through the Vantiva Ethics Compliance Committee.
