Embracing diversity lies at the heart of our corporate culture and values, and to further demonstrate our commitment to fostering an environment where employees can be their authentic selves, our CEO, Luis Martinez Amago, has taken the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™ Pledge.
Launched in 2017, CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™ is the largest CEO-driven initiative promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Over 2,400 CEOs have rallied under this commitment, pledging to create inclusive environments where diverse experiences and perspectives are embraced and empower employees to engage in meaningful conversations about diversity and inclusion.
Within this pledge, each signatory shares an action taken to address DEI-related inclusion challenges in the workplace, to which Vantiva shares the actions taken to address the Gender Pay Gap between men and women within our company. The CEO Action Pledge details that through years of strategic actions, ongoing analysis, and diligent monitoring, Vantiva has narrowed the Gender Pay Gap to just 1% as of October 2023.
