Vantiva and Ann Mason Care Launch Innovative Remote-Enabled Home Care Service in the UK powered by the HomeSightTM Connected Care Solution

The HomeSight system enables caregivers to deliver care for more elderly clients, conduct remote wellness checks and give medication reminders virtually;
elderly patrons receive better care, experience reduced isolation and loneliness, and stay easily connected with loved ones

Paris, France – October 16, 2024 – Vantiva (Euronext Paris: VANTI), a global technology leader in home connectivity, today announced a partnership with Ann Mason Care, a provider of home care services in the United Kingdom (UK), to deploy Vantiva’s HomeSightTM Connected Care platform to deliver remote care to elderly adults. Designed to operate through a familiar TV-based platform, HomeSight enables Ann Mason Care to deliver a range of care options to complement in-person care, including virtual check-ins, medication reminders and access to recorded or live exercise classes.

“We have chosen the HomeSight system because of its ease-of-use for our elderly clients,” said Chris Mason, Director at Ann Mason Care. “The TV is the most utilized technology today among the elderly, making this solution a perfect fit with our existing home services and ensuring accessibility for individuals of varying technological proficiency. We see a great opportunity to leverage the HomeSight platform to enhance physical therapy, rehabilitation and other care services.”

The Vantiva HomeSight Care Suite is an end-to-end solution that facilitates seamless and secure connections among caregivers, families and individuals requiring home care, fostering social engagement, reducing isolation and promoting longer independent living. At the core of the solution lies an integrated smart camera that enables real-time communication with clients in their homes. It is complemented by a secure, cloud-based management platform and environmental sensors that offer valuable insights into daily routines, providing a more comprehensive view of the elderly person’s overall well-being. Leveraging this technology, care providers can use data to personalize care plans optimized for individual’s needs and preferences.

“Ann Mason Care understands that delivering quality home care requires advanced, unobtrusive solutions that preserve an individual’s lifestyle,” said Nav Kannan, Vice President for HomeSight at Vantiva. “HomeSight enables traditional in-home care to be combined with advanced remote care and monitoring technologies, allowing providers to offer a blended solution that supports independence while ensuring necessary care. Ann Mason Care is now able to provide better service to more individuals in the areas it serves.”

Vantiva’s HomeSight solution currently supports English, Spanish, Dutch and French and is available in the European Union and United States, in addition to the UK. As the world’s leading provider of set top boxes to network service providers, Vantiva uniquely understands the connected home and is well positioned to exploit the television screen to provide easy-to-use solutions.
