Tim O'Loughlin led Vantiva’s Connected Home Customer Unit in the Americas from January to October 2024. With over 20 years of experience in business leadership, Mr. O’Loughlin has worked with various telecommunications equipment providers, including previously owned CommScope companies, Arris and Pace. In his most recent role, O’Loughlin served over four years as EVP and President of the Americas Region at Verifone, a global payment services and hardware provider. His leadership roles throughout his career have granted him commercial ownership in the Americas, allowing him to gain a deep understanding of the region and forge strong relationships with a wide variety of customers. Mr. O’Loughlin is passionate about building and inspiring diverse teams and has a proven track record of driving business growth. He sits on the advisory board for TruRating LTD, holds two degrees from Florida Atlantic University and two technical patents. He is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA.

With over 20 years of experience leading international teams, she brings a deep understanding of high-technology manufacturing operations in B2B and B2B2C industries to oversee strategic growth projects, change management and transformation initiatives. Her diverse family background allows her to always remember that people are unique and that engaging teams in the ongoing change journey requires authenticity, passion, and consistency. She is based in Paris, France.

Mr. Lars Ihlen is the Chief Financial Officer for Vantiva, responsible for finance and real estate. He has 25 years of experience in the telecommunication industry, and served the last 11 years as CFO for the Connected Home Division of Technicolor. Prior to that, Mr. Ihlen held various positions in finance for Alcatel-Lucent and Mikron Infokom. Mr. Lars is born and educated in Norway, and during his carrier he has lived in Paris, Shanghai, Los Angeles and Atlanta. He is based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Mr. Steve Kaufman is the Senior Vice President of the Americas Connected Home Customer Unit for Vantiva. He is responsible for sales, sales engineering, and regional business center functions in Latin America and North America. Mr. Kaufman has over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and has held various roles in sales and business leadership. He has an in-depth knowledge of Vantiva’s business and has strong relationships in the industry. Most recently Mr. Kaufman managed the strategic Comcast and Syndication accounts for Vantiva. Previously, he held leadership positions at Technicolor, Cisco, and Scientific-Atlanta. He has two patents, holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Georgia State University. Mr. Kaufman is based in Atlanta, GA.

Mr. Reza Raji is the SVP of the Internet of Things (IoT) division. Prior to joining VANTIVA he was the Chief Business Development Officer at Brilliant, delivering a unifying consumer platform for the complex smart home market. Earlier he was the CEO of Xenio Systems, an IoT & AI company focused on merging the online and physical retail. Mr. Raji is the founder and former CEO of iControl Networks, the most widely deployed connected home platform in the industry, which was acquired by Comcast in 2017. His early work at Echelon in the late 90’s in marrying sensors and devices to the Internet laid the groundwork for not only iControl but also many other IoT and cloud-based products and businesses. He started his career at IBM. He holds 42+ patents and is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Mr. Saigal is leading the Product Management Organization of Vantiva, accountable for the Product Management, Program Delivery Management, Product Marketing and CTO affairs of the business. He has extensive experience in the CPE and networking communications industries and began his career as a Software Engineer at Siemens in 1994. He joined Vantiva in 2015, as part of the Cisco CDBU acquisition, rising to serve as the Product Unit Broadband leader in the Connected Home Division. Prior to Vantiva, he served in multiple positions of progressive responsibility growth at Siemens, Scientific Atlanta and Cisco managing teams in various Product areas : Development, Product and Project Management. A graduate of the Duke University, North Carolina with a M.S (ECE: Electrical and Computer Engineering) degree, Mr. Saigal is based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Rob is based in Memphis, Tennessee.

Mr. Zambrano is the Chief Legal Officer of VANTIVA, responsible for managing the commercial, litigation, and strategic legal affairs of the business. He has extensive experience in the technology and entertainment industries and began his career as a litigator before transitioning to M&A and corporate transactions. He joined Vantiva in 2016, rising to serve as the General Counsel to the Connected Home Division. Prior to Vantiva, he served as a member of the international legal department of Turner Broadcasting, managing the legal affairs of television networks such as CNN, TBS, TNT, and Cartoon Network, with an emphasis on technology transactions. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, George Washington University Law School, and Emory University's Goizueta Business School, Mr. Zambrano is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
