Brian Shearer

Chairperson

Brian Shearer joined TPG Angelo Gordon in 2019 and is a Managing Director in the TPG AG Credit Solutions Group. Brian is the Head of CSF Europe and is based in London. Prior to joining TPG Angelo Gordon, Brian spent five years as a senior distressed investment professional at Taconic Capital Advisors. Previously, he was a senior investment professional in the Distressed Products Group at Deutsche Bank. Brian holds a B.A. degree from the University of Virginia.

Tim O'Loughlin

Director and Chief Executive Officer

Tim O'Loughlin led Vantiva’s Connected Home Customer Unit in the Americas from January to October 2024. With over 20 years of experience in business leadership, Mr. O’Loughlin has worked with various telecommunications equipment providers, including previously owned CommScope companies, Arris and Pace. In his most recent role, O’Loughlin served over four years as EVP and President of the Americas Region at Verifone, a global payment services and hardware provider. His leadership roles throughout his career have granted him commercial ownership in the Americas, allowing him to gain a deep understanding of the region and forge strong relationships with a wide variety of customers. Mr. O’Loughlin is passionate about building and inspiring diverse teams and has a proven track record of driving business growth. He sits on the advisory board for TruRating LTD, holds two degrees from Florida Atlantic University and two technical patents. He is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA.

Before that he was with Fonds Stratégique d’Investissements where he completed several transactions in the semiconductor, technology and Internet sectors. Ms. Laurence Lafont is Vice President EMEA Strategic Industries at Google Cloud where she helps strategic customers in their business transformation initiatives. With over 25 years of experience in the Digital Economy, Information and Technology services, Ms. Lafont has held various senior leadership positions in Sales, Operations, Marketing at Microsoft, Nokia, Oracle where she successfully contributed to transforming businesses and innovating organizational models in hyper growth environments. She is involved in Women in Tech initiatives in France and EMEA, and she serves on the Board of Centrale Supelec Engineering School. Ms. Lafont also chairs the board of Silver Valley a non-profit organization developing innovations for the elder economy. She is based in Paris, France.

Tony Werner

Mr. Tony Werner has spent the last 16 years at Comcast Cable, as Chief Technology Officer, then President of the Technology-Product-Experience Division. Mr. Werner is a reference in the world of telecommunications and technology where he is recognized as a leader and innovator. Prior to joining Comcast, he held leadership positions at Liberty Global, Inc., Aurora Networks, Tele-Communications, Inc. (TCI)/AT&T Broadband and Rogers Communications. Mr. Werner was Chairman and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE) and the SCTE Foundation from 2015 to 2017. He was Chairman of the Technical Action Committee (TAC) of CableLabs from 2007 to 2022 and a member of the Board of Directors of Kyrio, the commercial arm of CableLabs. In addition, Mr. Werner has been inducted into the Cable and Broadcast Hall of Fame and the Cable Center Hall of Fame. In 2000, Tony Werner received the NCTA Vanguard Award for Science and Technology. Later in 2016, he received the Technical Emmy Award for Lifetime Achievement.

Katleen Vandeweyer

Ms. Katleen Vandeweyer is currently a Director of two listed companies including Renewi Plc, the European leader in waste management operating mainly in the Benelux region (listed on the London Stock Exchange and Euronext Amsterdam), the multinational insurance company Ageas (listed on the Belgian Stock Exchange), as well as Fedrus, a family-owned roofing materials distribution group. She has extensive experience in governance and audit. Ms. Vandeweyer has held expert and/or management positions at Arthur Andersen, Worldline and Proximus, a major listed Belgian telecommunications operator.

Karine Brunet

Ms. Karine Brunet is Chief Operating Officer of Capgemini Cloud Infrastructure Services. With 25 years of experience in telecommunications and technology services, she is an expert in the field of shared services and outsourcing and has developed extensive expertise in distribution, operations and general management. Ms. Brunet also has extensive international experience, including in-depth knowledge of the European and Indian markets. Ms. Brunet has held management positions at NCR, Alcatel, Steria (now SopraSteria) and Vodafone.

Thierry Amarger

Thierry Amarger is currently SVP & CEO of American Tower in Europe, a global provider of Wireless communication infrastructure.<br /> With over 25 years’ experience, he has held key leadership positions in large corporations such as American Tower Corporation, Microsoft, Nokia and Gemplus (now called Thales) throughout his career. He has an extensive telecommunications and international professional experience and a strong track record in developing new business and transforming organizations to become more customer centric and data driven.<br /> Thierry has a Master Degree of Management from Kedge Business School, an Executive MBA degree from IE Business School (Instituto de Empresa) and has completed the Senior Executive Program at London Business School.<br /> He speaks fluently French, English, Spanish and Portuguese. He was nominated in 2013 as one of the French Economic Leaders for tomorrow by the Choiseul Institute.

Loïc Desmouceaux
